I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms started off beautifully decorated with a lovely view but became less impressive. The service was poor initially but improved later with friendly and extremely helpful staff. The location was superb but with some inconvenient closures on specific days. The dining was good but not exceptional considering the extra cost. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
